Enable MFA

Authored by Matthew Watt · Updated
You can enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your Auditee account for team members.
  • Go to Settings > Security on the left-hand navigation
You will need to enter the code into your Authentication app. Some well-known authentication apps include:
  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Authy
Once you have added the code to your Authenticator app, click on the I have added the code button.
  • You will now see a pop-up, where you must enter the code provided in your authenticator app.
  • Open up your authenticator app, click on Auditee and a 6 digit MFA code will be provided.
  • Enter the code provided, and click on Enable multi-factor authentication.
  • MFA login will now be enabled for your account.
Note: this MFA works for email and password. If you are using SSO via Google, it is recommended that you have MFA set-up on your Google Workspace account. If you require any further help, please get in touch with us at support@auditee.io
